marble

the glass
when i am a little, naive innocent girl, aged somewhere less than 10 or 9..
every time i broke one of my mum's glasses set, i'll take some of the broken pieces..
couldn't remember who actually taught me of this first,
but it is what i, my brothers, and my sisters, and my other friends and neighbours of the same age group did;
we buried the glass pieces.
no, nothing 'ritual'...
its just that someone of someone of someone of whom i nor longer remember taught us that,
that was how marble was made. the marbles, those we used to play congkak and jentik-guli and all sort of other games. knowing that 'fact', we, as the always-genius-scientific-wannabe children of course would be tempted to experiment and experience this.
surely when i broke a glass i felt extremely guilty, and scared...some of them are really those beautiful and not those washing powder gift away glasses. but, the semangat to actually made my own guli is far more important. and if the pieces have this colourful corak and flowers and what not, we became even more excited, and started to imagine how our marbles would look like.
the marble
the funny thing is, after 6 months we would try to dig the place where we buried it, in case it has turned into a marble, and as far as i could remember, i never found it. not even the original broken glass. what a frustrated moment. i think, during those years, i have buried or in a smarter words; i have made the attempt to create my own marbles for more than five times. sadly, i have forgotten where was it. might worth checking now.. ^^,

it sounds stupid whenever i remember it again, but actually, i kinda miss it.
i miss those moments.
i miss those years.
i miss the old me.
the young, innocent and so not-guilty me.
the one who accidentally killed her plant for treating it too well, -by letting the plant 'drink' milo in the morning, sirap at noon, tea at evening and sometimes the good-for-growth-milk...
the one who felt terribly sad when that plant died..

children dont tell lies.
because they are too innocent to do that.
thats why at that age, when i picked up the phone. i'll say , "dier kate dier tak ada di rumah"..
cliche'. every kids in the world do that.

i can't go back to those years...
i can't rewind my life no matter how much i want to.
my past is no longer mine.
there's so many things that happened in the past that i want to change, but that chance does not exist in the past...its now.

exemplify

aku suka bergayut. bergayut yang mengikut definisi Ox-Youth Dictionary, bukan Cam-Tarzan Dictionary.
bergayut tu best. best sangat. kalau rase nak call sape2, i'll makesure dah settle semua makan, tandas, homework*konon*, and juga mata dalam keadaan segar. coz my bergayut session never ended less than half an hour. it will go up to 3 hours, sometimes.
mungkin sebab tu, abah tak suka angkat phone kalau aku yang call. kalau dier terangkat dah phone tu, dier akan cakap apa yang mampu, tanya apa lagi yang perlu dan cepat-cepat pass kat orang lain. yang sweetnya is that after he passed the phone to others, mom usually, within few seconds, suara dia akan kedengaran balik, untuk seketika.
"Tepi sikit". ^_^.
tapi ada masalah lain jugak, aku cakap phone gune earphone, dengan ada mike sambungan lagi. so tangan aku tak lenguh, boleh sambil kutip-kutip bendaasing atas lantai pulak.  abah kena give-up jugak, bila tangan kiri and kanan dua-dua surrender.

that's why i love you. you are the best dad in your own way. and you try. and always try to please me by any possible way. penat kaki, cari kerusi, penat tangan tukar-tukar.penat lagi, abah nominate sapa-sapa je yang pass by. kalau tak pass by, abah akan pass-by kan mereka.

culture is subjective. same goes with most of other things. which is why, stop calculating, you wont find a,b,c as the answer.

-and for today's one hour and half gayuting, I got 1 new nephew. and he would be a maal hijrah baby if he was born here.  salam maal hijran lambat sehari untuk yang di UK dan tepat sehari untuk yang di Malaysia. *none is wrong, tak ada apa yang salah tentang perbezaan tarikh ini*

wardrobe

People said one  single word could be like a sword.sharp.a death sentence.
People also said,'saying words' isn't like sailing a boat. no Uturn. 'Dead'-road.
People said lotsa things about it.
U know what I think?
If you say nasty things, then maybe sword it is.
If you say bad things, then only u'll look for a Uturn.
But what if you say nice things only?

Hey, read this; words to me are like a see-through dress of your heart. or even your brain, maybe.
So pick up nice and pretty stuff *only* to say.
A fashioniesta heart in da making!!!

What say u?
Check your wardrobe mates!! :)

exceptional

Satu perbualan yang sangat pendek,
dua suara dari dua pelusuk berasingan.
tapi isinya bukan sekadar padat,
tapi berat, berat yang amat.
sakit.

Bumi kan bulat.
Putarannya sama, tak senget dan tak condong ke mana pun.
walau ceruk mana pun, sinar matahari akan sampai.
walau ceruk mana pun, takkan tandus bumi Tuhan
Sebab tulah ada peribahasa,
bumi mana yang tak ditimpa hujan?

sod ba ra
dan jangan berhenti.

dari 10 perkara yang berlaku,
9 mungkin mengecewakan kita,
tapi kan masih ada yang 1?
jangan pernah kau lupa.
dan insyaAllah aku juga takkan lupa.

tanya sama pokok...

Pokok takkan summer,
Bunganya takkan spring.
Kalau akar sudah autumn,
dan baja pula winter.

i love trees. and i can't list any reason for why.

On our last Friday gathering, Isna pointed out one really significant point, the one that I have always thinking of. We are the lands, and everything else about us would be the trees that grew on the lands. If the tree represent faith, while the fruits and the flowers are the good deeds, would the fruit or flower of mine be in singular or plural form?

how anehnya...

heart isn't made of glass,
then why it always breaks into pieces?

how anehnya,,
hati bukanlah sekeping kayu,
lalu apa sebenarnya yang patah?

Absolute Satisfactory

"absolute satisfactory" is like, a factory which is absolutely full of satisfaction of being satisfied and do satisfy!

So I did enter that 'factory' last week, while performing one of my most unforgettable dikir barat ever (not that I've have done so many, teeheee )
Anyway, the satisfactory didn't come from the make up (coz i'm not wearing any, that day)
not from the tshirt I was wearing (ngee) and not even from the marvelously sunny day (yeah, it rained, as predicted by every forecast websites)...
Its from...those clapping hands and also those students whose suddenly standing in front of us (and blocking us from audience's views for few seconds before they sits like us) , clapping together and try to follow every steps we made. Wohaaa... thank you so much..
Thats was the real satisfactory..
Its like when you are telling a tragic story and others suddenly scream out loud because their eyes dried out and turned to be a freaking hot dessert or like when you make a joke and the person who hear it exploded his stomach and died laughing.
no,...
perhaps its like the antivirus creator smiling to see how relieved their customers are when more and more laptops healed from the mysterious viruses that nobody on earth ever knows whose the creators are.
actually... its more like..like,
I think it must be like how the teachers feel when their students understand what's written both in their textbook, and on the black board and most importantly, in their exam papers.
It is .... like that. ^_^
Like how those who do things whole heartedly, sincerely and honestly for the benefits of all.
Like you starts smiling and you dont know if you ever in your entire life know to how to not smiling.

It is far more happier and satisfierst when you make others happy, aite?
It is.
So dear internet connection, listen deadly careful to this message. Behave, make other's happy using you. You'll be a totally freaking extra whole lot happpi~~~~~~~~~-yerrr. and Stop making me waiting for an extra 4 minutes just to make sure a short two minutes video 'finished loading'.

Sunday, March 27

Friday, Saturday, Sunday...winning!!!

Guess what RB?

Your prophesy turned out to be true. Sunday comes after Saturday!!!
hehe, the point that everyone is fuming over this song is something really really errr...IDK what to say..
but the fact that it has more than 55 millions views within a month (and almost a million dislikes) now is something that no ordinary people could have achieved. ever.
People say things like, it has so many views because whoever watched it, they only did that for the sake of clicking that dislike sign. But, get real peeps, face it. As normal as any human being could ever be, we are that obsess of the word 'ever' , 'most' and so on.
Somebody labelled this song as the worst song ever, and spread that words (it was a trend in Twitter for like, what 2 weeks?). Dang....the song becomes a sensation, something that everyone must see, must comment or at least must err..know. Because it is the worst song ever. Try upload Itik oh Itik song on the internet and spread the words like , 'this is the most hillarious song' or 'the song that will tickle your kidney the most' or 'the most weird song ever' and make it a trend at twitter or something, danggg....it could beat Baby as the most viewed song (and also the most dislike video on Utube)

People would be like 'I have to watch this' when we put such label on something.
Same thing goes with this situation. When somebody so famous or a web or something that gained much attention posted something, without even read or watch it till the end, you could see that-famous-one-single-word-comment rushly typed (or pasted) on the comment section. yeah, those 'first!', or 'second' or 'third' or the worst one; 'last' (i mean, how do you know you are the last to read it?). Its not weird, its not abnormal, it is actually more than abnormally weird if you never in your entire life want to achieve such position, a position like, for example; being the first to comment on the most-read-article-ever. :P
Why? because everybody wants to achieve a record (not singing record) that nobody would ever beat in their lifetime. Something....errmmm..achievement!
Err, did Maslow or Skinner or Piaget or anyone ever say something about this?-Dah...otak beku malas nak pikir.-
So, dont blame RB for singing the song that most people think is the worst song ever, dont blame those who make it a top video too... face it, we are human, not an Android (not referring to that gadget laa). And by the way, if we could really ignore those funny lyrics, it could be a catchy song, could be. *Catchy is something quite subjective to me..so,....

Anyway, the most discussed topic several hours ago was Earth Hour. Eih, the most-'screamed'-word also.
^_^

Okay, time to reset my clock.

And to my Dearling, I know you gonna be ok. (nyanyi 2 pm skit)
stay strong...sabar ye....nanti semua akan ok. :)

awal dan akhir..

terbace satu note di Facebook beberapa hari lepas...
hurm..
couldn't help myself to not thinking about this..;
why would the question never change,
when actually most of the time, its the other way around.

"Jangan Takut Untuk Kawin Awal"
tajuk nota itu..
honestly, i've heard thousand of millions times people complaining, worrying, if they will end up get married very very late, and hold the titles like andartu and so on..
i've heard that, since i was..err....what, standard five? or was it three?
but not even once, i heard someone said,
"takutlah..macam mane kalau aku kahwin awal? aku takut aku kawin awal la.."
this situation might apply to some people, who i haven't met yet, perhaps..
But the other one,...
errm..

i'm not good at making notes, consoling others..
so, anyone, interested to make such note?
Coz actually to me, that was the biggest fear among teenagers or to be exact..hurm..an 'us'
'Semua orang takut kawin lambat'. That should be a sweeping statement, but painfully its kinda true.. for most people, esp gurls. Its  a culture thing. A taboo. Weighing more and more as year passed...

The first note mentioned above is a very good one too but its supposedly meant to be for the parents more, not the couples..not the youngsters..
Well, that was my opinion..just an opinion anyway...it could be wrong..
but that's how i see it..
from these yearsss....

So, could someone at least say things like;
Lambat atau cepat, itu kan dalam tangan Dia.. siapa tahu?
Instead of asking about people's ages, and telling them they are way too old to remain single?

apapun, lepas soalan awal dan lewat terjawab, soalan lain akan datang,
lama ke sekejap?
hurm..macam-macam....

Conflicts, if it is eatable, it sure is yummy...

Life is full of conflicts. According to the anonymous part of my brain, conflict, as what I learnt 2 or 3 years ago, is about 'communication failure' and also different preferences, views , goals and many more.. Especially when it is a errr....external conflict. Conflict with anyone and anything besides ourselves. -Can be a with a cat too...or with a computer or with Mak Cik konti yang jual maggi 2 pound 29 p sepaket..

Example of Conflict
THE SAYING: Dont judge a book by its cover.

..and the responses;
Positiver: Sometimes, we need to see beyond that. A cover is just a kind of erm...'appearance' to cover what's within it.
Negativer: No..I would say no.. If its bad at one point, it means, it is... bad. Seriously, with that look on the cover, you are still interested?
Budgeter:  What's up with the cover anyway. The book will be much much expensive and yeah, we need a larger shelf because of it. Hardcover? I want to read, not making a belacan or win who-kill-mosquitoes-the-most competition.
Excuser: Then how do we know if we read the right one? I mean...errrr..the title?
Defender: Judging itself is an act of cruelty. Why do we have to act as a judge? We are not in the court anyway...
Others: I judge the way I want to. After all, its my eyes.

That's conflict. If only it is eatable, it sure is yummy...considering how many flavours we would have in it. Honey nuts cornflake is extremely delicious already, having few more perisa should be good.
Merapu...merapu...

The point of merapuing again here, is to express my stress for having a..err 'internal conflict'.. Conflict with anyone but ourselves.
My conflict with my myself begins more than 2 decades ago.
I said to myself everyday, do your work today, don't procrastinate. But I ended up doing it at the very last minute, and sometimes last seconds...that all the works weighed double on my shoulder until Head&Shoulder wouldn't do any good either.
I reminded myself to wake up early tomorrow, need to prepare for etc etc.. But I always press 'snooze' , and sometimes I didn't even turn the alarm on.
I promised to myself that I will stop shopping weird (unnecessary) stuff, and to start budgettng for my own future-sake. But I still scrolling down for new arrival products, buying things that are not even in my weekly or monthly or even yearly list. Carrying shopping bags with, weird choices in it.
I told myself to stop stay up late at night watching Korean drama series. But I never stopped doing it, and burnt my bedtime in front of my laptop, too. Nasib baik laptop ngan tuanyer tak terbakar sekali.
I always advise myself, lazy should not be a habit. It will turn into a form of incurable disease if practiced everyday. But I tend to be more and more lazy to even remember to not being a lazy girl. Errr ekh?
I repeated over and over again to myself, think of your action over and over again. Dont treat important thing as a simple thing. Choosing what module to learn is damn very important. And there's a big different between the word 'interest' and 'ability'. But, of course, I randomly picked my subject, and wonder about it after two weeks the lesson starts or sometimes on the day I received the assignment. Huh.

As what I can still remember, hurm...communication works best as a conflict solution. But talking to the stubborn me is such a useless attempt. Hence, let time heals it all....while the effort continues..

A drama without a conflict would not be a hit or in the hottest-drama list. (Like how Joo Won switched body with his lover to be and making things miserable and later his mom wont say yes to them, these conflicts work really well!)
But a life with too many conflicts will be like living in a bowl of hot Asam Laksa maggi.
Sedapnyer...would be nice to have it now.
I mean the maggi, not that 'conflicted-life'..

**Don't let your world diselubungi conflicts....

Friday, January 7

Cut anddddd....action!

Its 10 ++ pm now. Mission to stay awake after 7pm seems to be more realistic lately. Managed to do so since, hurm..3 days ago.
Need to pangkah another date for today, which also means I have one day less to complete my assignment which due next week. erm, who said I'm not doing my assignment and lagha with internet? I am doing it now. Erm..i'm practicing...at least. Oh yes, 'practice makes perfect' is one of my favourite phrase..sometimes.
I've been in this practice stage since errr..last year week. Watched 3 Idiots (serious best!), Magika (citer lame gak, baru tengokkk) and also some other telemovies and dramass. No English movies in the list though. As long as its a movie, we can still regard it as a practice right? I am not acting weird here, this is exactly what normal homo-sapiens will do every second of their lives. Finding legal excuses or if not creating one at any cost to give a free pass or bright green light on what ever they are doing/did.  truth, it always hurts, but seldom kills.
back to work!
I wont be reviewing any of the movies or telemovies or drama that I watched  here (though re-watching Di Antara Garisan really urghh..really,..really..duhh..can I watch it again?.)
Just a bit of why I think a movie should not be a movie at all. I would accept it if its airs as a short commercial break eh, no-no I love commercial breaks so maybe erm..as a video posted somewhere at you-tube kot.

1. A horror movie: when the horror movie was promoted with words like 'best horror movie ever' 'you just can't stop screaming' and blablabla... its a Giant/Mydin/Tesco disappointment when until the very last second of that movie, the main character in the movie ie; the ghost/supernatural-spirit/weird creatures/etc do not come out. At all. While the other not-so-important characters in the movies keep on screaming and screaming and screaming.... and..errm yelling?  Maybe we need another genre, 'scream-to-death-by-anonymous-creature movie'.
Director:" Normal human eye can't see the ghost.
That's why we don't include them in this movie."
*&^$#%@!

2. A triller movie. Its a triller, scary and with lots of blood in every part of the movie. Killing and killings, murders after murders. And the characters in the movie keep on trying to save themselves and others while some keep on tracking for a clue, searching for the killer....until the word 'the end' suddenly appeared on the screen. Of course viewers want to know who killed them!! (nak nak yang mati tu hensem/cun...uuuu)
'Shhhhh..' is just not an acceptable lame line to end a serial-killer movie. Oh wait, there's a sequel? Tell me before I watched the first one, at least I wont hesitate at all not to start watching it.
Movie X: Murdered tragically, burnt by an unknown audience...

3. A comedy. First, define comedy... What is a comedy if someone who is surely not in a mourning, not just being dumped by someone, not just failed exam and not sleepy cannot laugh at all through out the 100++ minutes movies?
now..everyone everything can laugh in many form ways....

Ok. Now I guess I'm done with my practice session now. Lets get to the real world work.

**There was a real movie that I am particularly thinking of while writing each. Seriously, I would remembered those movies, in a very infamous way. Know the movies? Shhhhh..

what is the real purpose of making a movie?
I wanted to ask someone like David or Amitabh or Steven but they are busy with shooting now...hurm

Thursday, January 6

finger...bukan hak milik unggul bijih timah lagi..

Finger...what about it ekh? one that famously known in the entire universe would be finger lickin' good, bak kate Pak Cik KFC..
naahhh..now finger pun boleh haus, overuse! World depend too much on it...

I remembered how a year ago, when I skype-ed with my lil brother, and mentioned to him that we almost starved that week, due to a..delivery delayed. He went straight, "What did you buy?"
and I just plainly answered; "hurm? Oh...groceries, you know, rice, eggs, bread, onions, spinach, salt-sugar, all the dapur stuff lah. And oh yeah, I bought shampoo too. This is the main emergency you know!"
He was like....erm..all the letters and symbols on this keyboard.
How funny it was to him, yet it is even more funny to me. Hey, I'm the girl who started using internet for the first time after school, and merely because of those online applications stuff. At least you know, really know laptop and internet years ago, and have friendster, tagged, myspace, facebook and the i-dont-know-what-else-in-your-list accounts since you were..,what? Form 3? Seriously....
I can't recall exactly how he laughed or grinned or cried that day, but I can remember well my own laugh, last week. The day when Maa told me about how he suddenly received a huge parcel and she kept on questioning him about it. I think I have started to laugh a bit by then. Just a bit before it turned really huge. Hurm..I don't know what measurement is used for laugh. (if there's any). Anyway, what was it that he bought? I beg your pardon Maa....

oh yeah, he bought this, via Internet...

nahh..now stop questioning me about the type of stuff I buy in the internet. No worries, the bananas still taste like banana and not papaya, and the onion still smell the same and cry out the same amount of tears as usual, even though you didn't pick them yourself at the shop.
We are in a totally different era now. Fingers no longer serve only for those bijih timah millls, not only to wear those round-shape love symbol, not only to identify who is who.
Wonder what else can these fingers do in the future?
A powerful wave begins here;fingers...and nasi lemak.

Oh, I'm still laughing now.
Can't really figured out was it Maa's reaction or your 'mysterious delivery' that tickles my kidney.

2011:me, walking in my porcelain wedges

...you know, people always say, "if only i'm you i wouldn't this and that", "if I were you I would have done this and that" " Oh, you shouldn't this and that" ," Supposedly, you this and that ", but the fact is they'd never be you.
Reality;People said far too many things and we poorly listened too much that we hardly heard what our hearts said.
Often we hope people will listen and understand, and be in our shoes and know how it feels. But we can't run away, its our shoes, and we shouldn't keep on wishing for people to try squizz in it all the time. Be in one's shoe is not easy, because, well firstly we all have different feet, different size and of course different taste! Some might not dare to wear 3 inch heels and some might think a flip flop is a weird creation. We all views things differently. All the time.
Sometimes, it aches, our feet got bruises and hurts because we picked the wrong shoes; the design or material or size or simply because its a new one.
If its the wrong one, we can always change it or at least try to fix it. Of course it hurts when we wear it for the first time. And its not comfortable too. But its ours. Face it. Use it. Wear it. Sometimes, we would have to do something to adapt with it, like use a plaster every time before we use the shoe, or just place the plaster to that shoe itself.
And when we almost trip while we walk, there are hands that would volunteer themselves to keep us standing and walk to our destinations.
Lastly, pick the right shoe, cause "good shoes bring you to good places". *like what the beauty said in BoF.
So this is my shoes with me walking in it. I might stumbles few times, tripped again and again and fall countless time. But I wouldn't stop walking just yet. For I'm not a quitter, and my destination is yet to end.

Its not a good start to begin a new year, nagging but Holla 2011, this is me again with my porcelain wedges. It might look stable enough in other's eyes but it's fragility isn't something  anyone ought to test.
.Happy New Year.

Saturday, December 25

bila makan bukan untuk hidup...

"hidup untuk makan ke makan untuk hidup?", frequent enough, maa would ask that every time one of us complained about the menu of the day, food, and anything related...
nahh..and today,
just like any other normal days of my life, (except that I woke up at 6 am today, not on-the-way to my bed like the previous days) my housemate tuned her volume up to 100% and screamed,
"MAKANNNNNNN!!!!"
"KAMI DATANG!!!!" three angelic voices replied and in split seconds, three roaring stomaches arrived at our communal room and ready to start filling itself,
"JANGAANN!!!" another loud voice. Huh? What 'jangan'?
"Ok, here's the story...blueblablueblawhitebluorangeyellogreennblablaredblablaredblack"
And the four of us continued with our lunch. Once a while, the topic of the day; the spicy terung sambal came up again and again. "Which konti mak cik we bought this from?" "Which spoon did you use?" "Waaa..it must be a product of India, their chilies are the hottesstttt" "Kasihan terung...sayangggg" "Aku suka tau terung ni..sib baik ada sebelah lagi" and the topic didn't end even after the last rice on the plate also landed in my stomach. Weird enough, with almost-flooded-eyes, red noses and ears, and sometimes, the 'ssssss' sounds keep on coming from every one of us, we still, rancakly eating and stuffing and eating and stuffing and eating the terung and its sambal.
"Haa..tulah takut jugak, nanti tercirit beramai-ramai sebab terung punya sambal"
Takut, but still want more and more.
Spicy aubergine, auuuuuww yummy!!

Oh, after I had my lunch and a quick visit to see the culprit of the day, 'super hot chili powder' at the kitchen, I quickly grabbed a treatment for this 'sssss' feeling.
Kit-kat chocolate!!! *have a break*
1 pound;9 bars at Poundland. Murah murah, mari beli!!!
haisyyy..there's one problem whenever i want to eat this. I dont know whether this is just an example of a failed marketing manager promotion or a sign of health and food department's success.
would you think twice before eating this or it just makes you want to have more?
kalau boleh nak guna font Verdana 170 tu!!
Look.. its like the kitkat is saying "hey eat me, and guess what, i just contributed 107 calories to your body. Sikit je tuuu!!". Macam mana nak makan. Belom ape-ape dah cakap pasal kalori, aduh. Itu baru 1 bar, lau habis 9 bar tu xke ribus-ribus kalori. Bosan tol, nak makan pun susah hati. Hurm, nasib baik aku tak pandai matematik., so, setelah penat mendarab tapi tak dapat-dapat,
ehurm..5 minit kemudian, pembalut yang bertulis nombor 107 itu ghaib dari pandangan (dan juga isinya)
Thinking of how long I took, (5 minutes, lama kotttt) to end up eating the chocolate bars, I can't stop myself from thinking of them. Them, yang sungguh berani. How ekh? They could ignore it and just continue?
I'll be like...urrrrrggggg...if I were them. Oh, sungguh tabik spring double tilam Vono pada mereka-mereka ini. Berani wal kuat semangat sungguh mereka.
I envy you laaaa!!!

Tuesday, December 21

there's always at least a small bit of happiness in every sorrow..

When everyone keeps on grumbling and complaining over the difficulties and troubles they had due the heavy snow, airports closed, road and etc, I was surprised to see one guy, hurm uncle actually, smiling.
He had all the problems as well, enduring the same like others do.
yet he smiled when he heard those negative 'reviews', and calmly said;
"My daughter is a stewardess, she told me last week, she can't make it for Christmas cause she have to fly to Australia. And now, the airport is closed, the flight cancelled, and she can come back and celebrate it with me." And his smile just wont fade off.
There's a bless in everything.
Some people get to see it right away, some people will find it a bit later.
Some people had it as a major turn in their life, some people might get just a tiny bit of it.
It is freezing now, but at least in time like this, we get to see who will come and give you blanket, who will stay to make sure you wont tripped on the slippery road and who run quickly to get the best shelter for themselves.
Trust Allah swt, He knows better what is good and bad for us.
He knows best of how to show it to us.

Saya who? (fiksyen, one eye-eye)

Pakar motivasi itu berkata,
"orang yang menggunakan nama sendiri sebagai ganti nama bila bercakap sebenarnya tiada keyakinan diri yang tinggi".
oh really? using your name to refer back to yourself in conversation shows that you may be lacking self confidence?
so, starting the sentences by saying;
" Amy think(s?) that you should not do that"
" Ayu rasa awak tak patotlah buat macam tu.."
(okay fine, the first example sounds really awkward and wrong. forget it. its just a fiction one eye-eye!)
=Tiada keyakinan diri? OH itu tidak adil. It should be solely up to that person, and her/his own preference. Dan juga yang mane mereka selesa. Siapa tahu, mereka lebih yakin, bila bercakap macam tu?

Dan pakar motivasi itu menambah lagi;
Well, you are saying something that you (not others) actually feel or think, but you said it out as if the words are from somebody else.
In both sentences, it was Amy and Ayu that feel/think so, what about you then?YOU. yeah,. what do you think?

Kedebusyh!! and I might have to agree then.
When you said it out that way, it might sounds a bit more, ermmmmmm...polite but, yeah, pakar motivasi itu yang berkata demikian.

Katanya lagi, ayat yang menggunakan 'saya' atau 'aku' adalah lebih yakin dan gagah perkasa .
Like this: "saya/aku rase awak/kau tak patotlah buat macam tuh" (effect yg lebih tinggi?ehhurmm..). Ok untuk memudahkan kenampakan situasi dengan lebih jelas,
Imagine these 2 situation. Which Ayu sounds more convincing as a good friend?
(it has to be in Malay, grammar rules in English tidak memungkinkan situasi ini)

(1)
Abu: Abu tak tahulah betol ke tak pilihan Abu ni.
Ayu: Ayu rasa since Abu dah pilih ikut hati Abu sendiri, Insyaallah ok je tuh.
Abu: Abu pun harap macam tulah. Tq Ayu sebab sokong pilihan Abu.
Ayu: Mestilah, Ayu cuma tolong as a fren. Abu kan kawan Ayu. (??? Abu mana satulah yang jadi kawan si Ayu yang mana sorang lah ni)

(2)
Abu: Aku tak tahulah betol ke tak pilihan aku ni.
Ayu: Aku rase since kau dah pilih ikut hati kau sendiri, insyaAllah ok je tuh .
Abu: Aku pun harap macam tulah. Tq yer, sebab ko sokong pilihan aku.
Ayu: Mestilah, aku cume tolong as a fren. Kau kan kawan aku. (oh yes, aku kawan kau, kau kawan aku. well explained!)

distant..that's all i need.

just as how deep my feeling was when i had to leave them miles away,
i knew the saying is not a fiction at all.
distant is all you need when the tie seems too lose.
for affection to bloom again, it needed space and time.
and that is what i choose to do at the moment.
hopefully, by having this distant the bridge that we shall build together will be much,
much much stronger than anything else.
Not any of those jambatan merah style, the one that easily collapse and traditionally passed down only as children songs during their playtime.
Ours shall stand stronger and stronger, always and always.
I will, we will. I knew by heart.
I miss you, and you, and you.
The distant between us, didn't fade this off even an inch.
I miss the time when Sir  Shariff called us 'The Bad Monday Gurls',
I miss the moment where I always find your eyes among the crowd, when my legs shaking out of nervous.
I miss the moment when we were all scared to receive Cikgu Zalli's cane, and how we laugh during recess while showing each other's palm.
I miss the day we rushed to school and pretended red is green, and pretend not to see the guard and prefect standing at the gate.
I miss the day we watched Rosalinda together, in a very wrong room.
I miss the moment that we shared in a mi sup stall after school.
I even miss the duster or books or marker that they threw at us when we were having serious discussion about national or international film and music industries,
Most importantly, what i miss most is we.
Distant did that, together with time.
Without knowing, i just do, missing this.

puppy and monyet...

i asked several people at formspring what is the connection, relation, history and bla bla bla between these two; puppy and monyet.
i wondered why was it puppy love is called cinta monyet in Malay? okay, why would cinta monyet translated as puppy love in English?  ?

thinking of someone?

b- word.

i hate it when i feel bengang...coz it will turn me to a very banggang version of human being.
seriously!!!!!!
it has all the baddd badd bad thingsss all in one whole package..

1. Bengang can make u stupid: u sleep the whole day becoz u r too bengang to do other things...u can't even think 1+1-3= to what and you can't even spell your name right, cant access ur own laptop becoz u r too bengang to rmber ur password.

2. Bengang makes u hodoh! :u will feel terribly hungry, hunger, hungary! all the time just want to munch somethingssssss or lotsa sleeps that u end up feeling more and more hungry when u wake up...and also extremely lazy to do other stuff including mandi, shampooing and combing your hair, yeah, turning yourself to a complete miserable looking person.

3. Bengang also means go muflis!: don't open ebay or amazon or any other online shopping webs or anything buy-able, book-able, subscribe-able when u are bengang...it takes you 30 seconds to buy three things that will lead to buying another 3, and to another 2 and later another 4, and then, you stopped coz ebay said that paypal said your lloyd said you have gone 'too far' beyond your limit.

4. Bengang turns you to a murderer!: yeah the tendency to kill innocent fragile little things like mugs, pens, key-chains, electric stuff like your lamp or your heather or your iron or your dress or you toothbrush and many many things is to high to conquer.

5. Bengang can cause hazardous to your health: eating mixture of wrong foods and drinks, sleep-wake-sleep-wrong-time, 24 hours eyes on laptop screen and lotsaaa other things.., it is more than lucky to just have diarrhea and headache..and migrain, and backpain and... (and lung cancer, mouth cancer, trachea cancer, cancer-cancer if you choose 'smoooky type of solution')

6. Bengang brings 'ohh!!!hurm...' : there were several videos i watched on youtube and fb, probably done out of bengang feelings, but whoever made it wont have easy  and peaceful day when shopping at malls or queuing to buy tickets at cinema, or eat at any random food-court.. without un-paid paparazzi watching.

Bengang!
Don't be, unless you are ready  to look ridiculously/be a stupid, ugly, broke, mad, sick and unhealthy person.
